Clean room, easy check in. We loved having our luggage delivered to the train station so we didn’t have to go back to the hotel to retrieve it.

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our brief stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean, the atmosphere was nice and a very convenient stay. Complete value for money. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Very attentive staff! We loved the delicious breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location near the bus station was extremely convenient.

Really great place to stay if you’re going to machu pichu. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they even offered to bring our luggage to the train station when we came back from machu pichu. The hotel has an incredible view while enjoying breakfast.

Should have known the luggage service earlier

Just off the Main Street, facing the river. Steps from the bus to Machu Picchu. If we ever go there again, I’d not stay anywhere else. This is the place!

Great stay! Amazing view of the river and quiet

service is slow,; staff not attentive specifically in the dining/breakfast area. Rooms outdated

Fantasic staff, very friendly, helped shoo away 2 giant bugs because we just didn't want to deal.ocated centrally and easy walking to all the markets
