This property was very safe, however it needs some updating. Some of the front desk staff were exceptionally nice while some ignore you. Would I stay again, yes because it's a very nice hotel.

Clean room, 1 young male staff member always at the desk always seemed to be rushed like he couldn't spare time to properly, talk to you or acknowledge you didn't have a nice courteous greeting I had to approach the desk and ask for help even while I'm standing right on front of him and he purposely keeps his head down this happened on more than 1 occasion.

低於平均 Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again.
