Excellent property. Rooms smaller than expected, but only there one night. Close to everything.

The hotel was located in the central part of the city where access to transportation was easy and there are tons of stores and restaurants. The room was small but comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Location was good. Very walkable. Staff was very friendly . Room was comfortable; we could open the windows.

Employees were extremely helpful. The hotel is located in the city centre next to the tram station. Quiet in the evening as the street is accessible only to locals.

My room was spacious and clean, and the AC was a blessed relief in the heat. Location was solid for getting around. I can’t say much about the service, as I only interacted with the front desk at check-in and check-out. The desk person always seemed to be in the break room but came out when he heard me out there. No one recognized my BW status at check-in, which I thought was odd given how high mine is. I did have to request an ironing board, and the one he gave me was pretty worn out (iron pad was really messed up).

The hotel is just off the main plaza near the main shopping street. It's down a small road so there is no traffic noise. It's a typically small but nice European room. Because my trip started and ended in Bordeaux I actually stayed there twice and even in the same room. Breakfast was typical continental style. Everything fine. No complaints.
