A reasonably priced hotel in an ideal spot near the sky tower and harbour, good for food and bars

Great to have laundry in the room with detergent. The room was much older than the photos looked and our room had stained carpet. Our view was listed as a city view but our windows looked right into concrete walls with no view at all.

Whilst the hotel is in a good location, the hotel room needs an upgrade. Low water pressure and carpet needs replacing. What the hotel failed to disclosed is the pub and bars surrounding the hotel are licensed to play extremely loud music until 3 am. Feel sorry for guests who stays on the floors right above the bars, even on the 6th floor, the loud music can still be heard. If you are looking for a good night sleep, I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Kitchen area and clothing storage both lacking. Well kept in general.

Parking was my only issue

Nice clean unit , kitchen was getting on bit tired, eg shelve above sink start to blow out.

The location is amazing. The room we had was waterfront with a balcony that we had our coffee or wine on every day. Parking was great, easy to find and use. We enjoyed our time here.

The property lists that there is a gym but this is not true. They have a “partnership” with a facility in the area which comes at an additional price. We felt this was misleading to not include these details/to have a gym listed as one of the hotel’s amenities. The rooms were clean but outdated with very worn carpets/furniture. It was still nice but not quite as portrayed in the photos.
