I couldn't get the air con to work and I couldn't get mobile reception in the reception area. It was alright; the bed was comfy and the staff were pleasant.

不錯 Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready

I had a beautiful stay at the London Croydon Hilton . The place was exceptional and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Well worth the money for the quality stay.
