Shower had black mold or some other black substance around the tap. Room not cold enough during heatwave. Gym no cups available for water and no hygienic spray for equipment. Also really hot due to lack of sun shades. At breakfast there were flies on the ham and cheese. Overall impression of a hotel not well maintained or thoughtful of the guest experience. Not sure why they have a 4 star rating.

We were at the end of our 10 day trip and were going to the PSG game on our last night. We stayed at the property due to its proximity to the stadium. We booked a suite for three people. We were put on the 8th floor [FYI - The 8th floor is a dump!]. A big problem for us was that the only elevator to the 8th floor was not working. We we not told this until we checked in and received our key. We had to drag three suitcases up the stairs from the 7th floor. The only benefit to the suite was the balcony. The bedding provided for the fold out couch did not fit. It was very warm in the room and we couldn't get the a/c to work.
I never received an e-mail with our final bill, so I am not sure what I paid for. I couldn't find any contact info. online to discuss our issues with management. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!

Staff were friendly from as soon as we made our reservation. They were very helpful in guiding us around Paris. Breakfast was superb, with something for everyone. Will definitely stay there again for our next visit as they are just a short metro ride from Trocadero and it's noce and peaceful for a decent sleep after a heavy day of sightseeing.
