Overall disappointing. Uncomfortable beds and rooms were not cleaned well. Noisy guests kept us awake and it took multiple calls to management for over two hours for them to do anything. Would not stay here again.

極佳 Great room. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The only thing that would have been better is to have had pillows that weren’t so big. A choice of a thinner pillow would be great. 😊

Stayed for almost a week and my companion had complaints, but the staff was very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied while staying. Close to the airport, But unless you have the window open the noise shouldn't be too bad. I'd stay here for another visit into vancouver!

極佳 Loved the clean room and linens, good mattress and pillows, and the deck with chairs and table for fresh air. The AC was perfect. Housekeeping was exceptional. Plant Ops quick to help with my safe box issues. Great meal and service at the hotel bar and also at the coffee bar in the morning.

Overall, the hotel was fine. There was no luggage rack in room so suitcase had to be on the floor which was a bummer. The front desk lady was awesome, so friendly and welcoming. The shuttle bus was really helpful with getting to the airport.
