The place was beyond spotless. The front desk staff recommended of exemplary seafood restaurant and offered us a coupon for a free appetizer. Horatios was fantastic. The bedroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were OK. We did not use the pool. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working breakfast the next morning, although continental, was extensive with plenty of yogurt, fruit, cereals, breads, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, juice, more than enough.

Everything was terrible they charged us for the parking lot. Everything was very old and deteriorated in general the experience was terrible.

I think it needs renovation

Location was great as well as the price of accommodation.

The room was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. It was a last-minute booking, and the staff was very helpful. There was a free continental breakfast included with the room which was very convenient.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because no hot food options besides waffles, parking was $18 a day and back parking lot closed at night.

The location is great and all the staff I interacted with were delightful. The room was nice and quiet. I took advantage of the continental breakfast as well as the free appetizer at a nearby restaurant. Some spots were a little dated and worn but they clearly worked to patch them up. I was also amazed at the diversity of the people who stayed there. All are clearly welcome.

Super clean room with awesome view. Would book it again for future trips.

Interesting that the hotel provide free water depending on the bed size and not the number of guests in the room , which we found annoying.
