Had a lovely stay. Was great for our 1 year anniversary. Would definitely come back and stay again. The staff was helpful if we had any questions.

My favorite was the lobby and library area. We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Very kind.

Not worth the cost!!

Great quiet spot to bring my dog to when we wanted to hide out from fireworks noise on the 4th of July. Friendly staff!

Good location Very small room No room cleaning services We asked they didn’t come They didn’t bring new towels they didn’t clean the coffee maker or bring coffee grounds to make coffee until we asked several times Staff was really nice tho

This was our first experience staying at The Heathman Hotel. It is stunning inside and we had a Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely stay there again.

Water pooled a bit in shower

I love this hotel. It is beautiful and well run. The location is prime and the restaurant serves delicious food. This time, the lobby was confusing and overstuffed. It needs a “desk” sign. None of us recognized the non-traditional front desk. I walked around trying to figure out where to check in. Plus so much furniture it’s really hard to cross the lobby, especially when there is a line for the desk. Otherwise, a great hotel!

Welcoming check-in, and helpful staff. The hotel is in an Ideal location

We loved this hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pup friendly! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant served a great breakfast and a delicious dinner. We’ll be back.
