Very good airport hotel, conveniently located only minutes away from the terminals. The staff is very nice, the food is quite good and the bed very comfy. The facilities are a bit old and could benefit from a renovation. Great value for money, I recommend this hotel for short airport connections stays.

The front desk was exceptional when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and there was no problem. They also gave me great directions to see the local sites and order a taxi for me. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was excellent. Will definitely stay here the next time O flybthru Narita airport. PS. The shuttle bus which is free is very good.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but I believe the front desk service could be improved, as the first and last interactions greatly influence a guest's overall impression. We stayed twice at the hotel (June 16 and June 19) due to our flight schedule. Our first stay was excellent, but during our second stay, we had a disappointing experience with a front desk staff member, **MINORU HORII**. Our flight departed at 9:20 a.m. Since the airport shuttle starts at 6:00 a.m. and breakfast also begins at 6:00 a.m., we checked out first and asked around 5:50 a.m. if we could still have breakfast before taking the 6:30 shuttle. Mr. Horii told us breakfast was not included that day. As I had booked the stay over a month earlier through Expedia and the confirmation did not clearly show the breakfast details, we politely asked him to double-check. The issue was not whether breakfast was included, but his attitude, which felt indifferent and unhelpful. It was very different from the excellent service provided by the other hotel staff. Having visited Japan several times, this was the first time I experienced service that did not meet the high standard I have come to expect. I hope the hotel can improve the consistency of its front desk service, as one negative interaction can affect an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We stayed here the night before our departure. You are a bit far from Narita the city so we were kind of tied to the hotel for the evening. Property is dated but clean. Spacious room. Restaurants are pricey. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was really good. Lots of western and japanese food options. Fresh. Shuttle is convenient to airport and runs about every 30 min.
