Great option for staying near Narita airport. The staff is exceptional, and the hotel is spotlessly clean, if a bit dated. Shuttle is very convenient.

Room was clean, all the staff in the hotel were nice. Not happy with the bed, it was hard and not comfortable. Old hotel.

I would not recommend this property

Breakfast was delicious with so many options, and the staff were so helpful. Also the shuttle bus service was very organised and useful

It’s an older hotel but well maintained. Staff was excellent. Pool, spa, sauna definitely added value. 24 hr family mart in lobby and airport shuttle to/from hotel are great benefits.

The property is extremely dated. Everything is old. It's relatively clean. But old old old. No upgrades. Yellow lighting in rooms. Open drains in bathroom so you can hear the water from the sink flowing through. Breakfast has good options. But nothing special. Shuttle service to airport is quick and reliable.

Nice hotel, but a little dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with regular local and western options. Bus was okay, but only every 40 minutes, so if you just miss it, like i did, it is a bit of a wait. And the bus will run exactly on time, no flexibility. I was 20m away waving at it, and it wouldn’t wait. Not a big issue, but be on time.

We were delayed at Narita 24 hours due to a Typhoon. We stayed at a Narita airport hotel the night earlier which was fine, but needed to move to ANA due to no room at the other hotel. ANA right from the check in process to the check out process was excellent!! We had our two young kids with us, and were a bit tired and hungry. The front desk manager who checked us in had our bags taken to our room, and we were able to check in early and enjoy a nice lunch at their lobby restaurant. Again, everyone was super friendly at the restaurant and food was excellent. That evening, we spoiled ourselves with their delicious tempanyaki restaurant on the 17th floor. Again, excellent food, service and the view was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, some of the best pillows we have had in Japan (not a fan of Japanese pillows). To top it off, we were granted a late check out time for our 6pm flight back to Canada. So thankful to have had a very restful and relaxing 24 hour extension at ANA. Well done to their whole team.
