The staff were phenomenal - always available for assistance.
We requested a quiet room and we were provided one that overlooked the courtyard - you would never have known we were in the middle of a large city.

不錯 I had requested a quiet room on a high floor
I ended up medium height directly over very noisy rose street. This was disappointing considering how far in advance I had booked - (3 months +). And my room smelled like cigarettes. And they restocked my coffee with an open bag of grounds - (previously used). And never restocked water. All disappointing to me for the cost. Thank you.

The hotel is very well positioned on the beautiful Charlotte Square. It truth the hotel, compared with when I stayed there a few years ago, was a bit run down and even grubby. Needs a spot of paint and quite a lot more - rather disappointing.
