We stayed here on the last night of a three night stay. The price was great and the hotel was quiet and quaint. We loved the outdoor patio with lots of couches and places to sit. Unfortunately nothing was open at the hotel (restaurant, lounge, gift shop). The restaurant looked very nice but when we looked at the menu for breakfast it was way over priced. Dinner like prices for breakfast!! There was no refrigerator in the room which was a bit of an inconvenience and the hotel smelled very badly of varnish as they had just polished the floors. There is on site parking that we had to pay for which we though was quite ridiculous as the parking lot and hotel were empty and it’s literally part of the hotel property. Overall it was clean and the rooms were inexpensive but not sure we would go back

Staff and aesthetic of the property were amazing. However, my room was damp upon arrival, had a stained wash cloth rolled up for my use as of clean and I the shower curtain had an odour ( urine like) that I could smell upon entry of the room. After use of the shower the smell was stronger. I bought a candle to help.

The location of the Inn is perfect if you want to walk to the falls or to clifton hill park. I arrived 2 hours early and they let me in, which i found that it was nice. Parking lot is not included with the booking price and you have to pay for it (45 CAD) at the front desk. Please notice that there is parking lots just across the street just for 10 dollars a day.

The restaurants have exceptional food well worth the similar cost to chain restaurants. Ambiance is excellent.

We were originally put in a room that smelled like wet dog and didn't reflect the fact that it claimed to be a boutique hotel. The pictures on the web site made it look much nicer then it was. Would not recommend this hotel nor would I choose to stay here again and the original room also seemed to have a nonfunctional air conditioning unit

The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was there needed to be more coffee pods.

The property was very eclectic, great spaces to sit and relax. Great food in the restaurant. The room did not have a fan in the bathroom, and we were not informed ahead of time of the cost of parking. With tax, it came to $40 for the night.

Unique look with a lot of character. Loved the speakeasy and the breakfast in the restaurant.

While walking to the inn we felt the back looked a little ghetto with some graffiti on the wall outside. The front looked nicer with a lot of beautiful flowers. Check in time was not until 4 and check out at 11am so we didn’t have time to be out in the courtyard. Parking was expensive, meanwhile there is $10/day parking all day. Not sure why parking is not included in our stay. There were quite a few loud neighbours the night we stayed. Early morning slamming doors and yelling. Staff did nothing to give me a refund or lesser charge.
