Front desk forgot to give us the breakfast voucher, but we were able to get it the next morning and breakfast was fairly good except my husband's toast got stuck in the toaster. The room was old but clean but without enough space to open luggage. Shower was potentially dangerous with no handrails or slip-proof bottom of tub. The beds were very comfortable and the room coffee was better than usual (good thing because there was no free coffee provided in the lobby before 6 am.

Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was made very welcomed. No soap in room to wash hands. Dated decor but very clean and comfortable room.

While all the staff are excellent the hotel is in need of an update. Its very old fashioned by modern standards; the hallways are straight out of a nightmare. Other guests were very inconsiderate of other guests, being loud in the hallways, letting doors slam at very unsociable hours. However the location is excellent for the airport and the staff make up for the hotels tiredness.

I expected as a Hilton that the rooms would be spacious along with updated, it was a basic room with a pricey fee. I would look elsewhere before going here again

Clean & spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good was good. They only offered breakfast buffet which was a little pricey not much options.

Toilet did not flush No hot water in shower Ice cold Switch on bedside table lamp loose and not working properly Post card size map of hotel was annotated in pen to show route to my room was inaccurate. No signs in lobby and adjacent areas to direct to room numbers. Employee finally was able to point me in the correct direction with some uncertainty.

Staff very welcoming. Facilities good and ideal for SEATAC airport.

Very convenient next to the airport.
