We have stayed her multiple times and have never had a bad experience. They were doing construction and remodeling but could not hear anything from our room. The room was clean and gave enough room for our family. We were pleasantly surprised our first floor room had an outdoor patio overlooking the pool. All staff was friendly and nice. Great location to Universal and Universal Walk.

Overpriced, yes the location and shuttle are nice due to how close it is to universal studios. Other than that, room is outdated and dusty. Water turns on and off when taking a shower. Will say staff was nice. Hotel needs to be better kept, especially for the prices they're charging.

The littlest thing...the bathroom was loud...as in the entire room could hear the activities of the bathroom and vice versa. Literally everything else was perfect! Staff from every department greeted us and were very pleasant

The shuttle was the best! It ran every ten minutes and it made it so simple. Staff was very friendly.

The place is under construction. The power went out so only one elevator worked requiring a 30 minute wait or using the stairs. The parking is 6’6” and a stock Jeep gladiator only has an inch to spare. The self parking is $60 per night on top of the $400 per night room. Room key did not work to let me in/out of the garage requiring me to have to use the intercom which took them 10 minutes each time to answer.
Would not stay there again.

Hilton is a tall hotel near universal. There was a pool and hot tub that closed at midnight. There were many ballrooms with events everyday. There were some kids at the hotel but more adults. There were many fancy dressed up people walking around. Every day, there are shuttles that take you to Universal studios. The rooms were clean with a big window and a tv. I would give the hotel a 4 star.
