極佳 Great location. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was convenient and great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They do offer parking $50 a night if you happen to have the courage to drive in Florence.

The Gallery Hotel Art was a exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the breakfasts were just right. The rooftop bar was a fun addition as well. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our 6-7th stay at a lungarno hotel and by far it was the best and most memorable. The staff was super nice, breakfast great, room was ready when we arrived and the best part…we got upgraded to a penthouse suite with a huge terrace! What a wonderful surprise! Made our stay even better and more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel! It’s in the best location too!

Room was freezing, bar staff were pretentious and both tiny lifts occupied by staff and had to use stairs (top floor) too many times - Terrible valve given 2.5K for two nights.

Great hotel, well placed for sightseeing in Florence.
We had a suite which was lovely. Breakfast was well presented and had a wide range of items. Staff were very attentive.
There was a roof top bar, frequented by non resident patrons, you had to book to use it, even though notice said you did not.
