很好 Clean. Staff is nice. Kitchen has essential tools and pots. No complimentary breakfast, but it’s OK. We had our own kitchen and had nice homemade breakfast daily. Close to metro and groceries, Whole Foods and trader joe.

極佳 Great place to stay in a quaint, quiet little neighborhood near GW Uni and close to many sites. The rooms actually have a kitchen, so and even better place for an extended stay. Staff was super friendly and overall just top-notch. Thanks.

極佳 I used to go to River and to meet guest artistsand even held a few costume fittings there. I’ve always loved the hotel. this time I got to stay there. The room was beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was bigger than my last apartment in DC everyone was extremely nice and professional. Loved the parking situation that we could have access to the vehicle. The only thing wrong with the stay at the river Inn was that for us it was too short. Looking forward to our next stay. !

很好 Excellent staff, very attentive. Very clean. The beds were not as big as id prefer and the mattresses werent very comfortable. The $55/night parking fee should be disclosed upfront, as there is not another option.

極佳 I loved this hotel honestly! Great location, felt safe, and enjoyed walking the cute neighborhood and along the river. This is a great spot if you’re ballin on a budget, you definitely get what you’re paying for. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up just valeting our car for $55 a night, but that’s the only negative I have to say. Otherwise the room was clean, comfy bed, kitchen had everything we needed. And there’s a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods down the street! We will likely stay here again when we’re in DC next :)
