Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming. Restaurant food was delicious. Would stay again anytime!!

No AC and messy logistics

I would not recommend this hotel. While it possesses a favorable location, the quality of the food at 3 of the 4 restaurants has been unsatisfactory, the pricing is excessively high, and the service standards are significantly below average. The hotel itself has not been properly maintained and appears to be deteriorating.

A stunning hotel! Everything was lovely, the room, the amenities, the views and location. I would stay again 10/10

One couldn’t hope for a better hotel in Lucerne! From the huge room with giant windows and Juliette balconies overlooking the lake, to the incredible architecture of the building, the modern spacious bathroom, and the incredible service and hospitality of the staff, this property is 10/10 in every way. Highly recommend!

Breakfast menu was great. The staff was exceptional. Excellent location

Room was incredible and hotel itself was very clean and friendly, pool is perfectly useable and just warm enough for a comfortable swim, location is also great. Our only issue with this hotel was the restaurants, prices were EXTREMELY high and portion sizes are laughable.. If you stay here I recommend using other restaurants nearby to make sure you are full without having to spend 200+ just to have a standard meal. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay.

Room was great! Staff just only the one that I checked in with she saw us and avoided it till another staff came in then she hurry to check us in. But overall was great.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Lucerne. Excellent location on lake Lucerne with breath takin views of lake and mountains. Walkable distance to all main attractions. We were upgraded to extremely beautiful room 310 with unbelievable views of the lake Lucerne, mountains and city. Every day we enjoyed our time on the balcony of our room. Room was in excellent condition with beautiful classic furniture. Very comfortable and roomy. In the morning we loved our delicious and freshly cooked breakfast. They had a tasty verity of bar food and you can also order from the menu. everything we tried was delicious and very fresh. Our waiter at breakfast was extremely professional and friendly. He made us fell that we knew him for a long time. Each morning we had a nice conversation with him and he gave us a good boost for the entire day. He gave us nice and very useful recommendation and suggestion. The stuff at front desk of the hotel was very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and when we decide to come back to Lucerne we defiantly will stay again in this paradise made by Grand Hotel National Lucerne. Thank you for such a beautiful and comfortable stay. We had a great time at Grand Hotel National Lucerne.

The staff really made our stay fantastic! Wonderful room and a lovely note to my wife on her birthday. We'll definitely make this hotel our go to place in Luzern!!
