Very large hotel. 5-10 minutes walk to the public beach. Beach is super crowded.

It's a nice place with a lovely swimming pool. Varied options are included in the breakfast. It has a good location in Karon beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the first night, they gave us a room that was very old as they didn’t have the room that we had booked. On the following day, they put us in a very nice room with an ocean view. The breakfast is quite poor on options, but survivable.

Check in process was easy and fast, the staff were all very friendly during our entire 5 night stay.
The room was spacious & clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
I was told the entire resort was booked out during our stay, therefore picking a early breakfast time to avoid a large queue was needed.
My only issue is I have a disability and struggled to reach my room each time due to the amount of stairs and very steep ramps.
All in all totally recommend for able bodied people.
