For a central city apartment at that price it was very good. The room decor was a little more sterile than what was shown on line but again for the price it was acceptable. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and understanding and respectful of my situation. Gladly stay there again.

I was wondered the room wouldn't be quiet. But it was. Great location for the hospital. Parking good but super tight. Lucky we had a small car.

Friendly staff, but only one doing check-in at a busy time. Neighbouring room was very close and walls a bit thin, so not so quiet. Air conditioning/heating was on automatic and no remote to change this. TV worked, but connection to internet had issues and then casting was not possible. Conveniently location for taking buses into city and out to Eden Park. Kitchen area was good, but we had five people and only four of everything. Parking was expensive and hard to get car into/out of parking area.

Nice and clean the shower was great and the bed was huge and really comfy.

Staff were great, value for money, easy to deal with, great location and clean and tidy.

Very accessible to all our itinerary for the whole week that we stayed. Highly recommended!

The room was neat and warm.

Our stay was good but the heat pump was not fixed until we finished our 11days of stay. Otherwise, the stay was 4 star.

Room was perfect, just what we needed for prepping breakfasts, separate bedroom for those early sleepers, and the view of the Skytower was what I was hoping for! Dishwasher didn’t work on the second go, so had that not been near the end of our trip, it would have been frustrating to have to wash dishes all the time. I couldn’t figure out the tv, but that could have been just that I was unable to login to the streaming services with my Canadian logins. Great place, great location to transportation and AUT where my daughter is a student. I would stay there again.

Excellent location and value for money.
