Staff members were friendly. Hotel room was clean.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked. The front desk staff explained that Expedia calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Instead of carefully reviewing the charges, she seemed to blame others for the mistake. Overall, the check-out experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

The breakfast was very good and the people running the restaurant were great. Nice hotel but getting a little old. Very clean and nice staff of people.

The best hotel ever

Front desk staff exceptional, unfortunately, bed was too hard, room had multiple live stink bugs crawling around, and when I went to shower there was a pubic hair on the floor by shower! Also rooms facing route 7 very loud, was kept awake all night by traffic noise

Check in was quick and easy and the front desk person was very personable.
