極佳 Amazing venue, rooms, amenities loved it. The bottomless themed brunch was incredible the best I’ve ever been to. Just one thing….. sort your A/C out. When a fan at home is better than the lack lustre system it’s not ideal. Especially when we selected this hotel on two filters. Ac and a pool!
But overall we have booked again!!

很好 Really nice and clean hotel - front of staff reception could be more welcoming and front of spa too but the cleaners were super friendly rooms and amenities were fab too

極佳 Shame that spa is 18 as my son loves swimming but unable to go for something which seems like a stupid policy where the rest of resorts world is geared to families

極佳 Really pleasant stay. Felt welcomed on arrival, it was quick and easy to check in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pillows were a little too hard for us, but that was the only niggle we had. We used the spa which was a lovely bonus as part of our stay. We also had breakfast, which was great, a small selection for great quality.

極佳 On at rival (we were early) we were told our room would be ready in one and half hours which was fine! So we went to get a drink as we had traveled quite a distance. The sports bar was closed as was the lounge bar,both had technical problems. so no way could we get a drink unless we had bottled drink (which we were charged for! ) this hotel doesn't normally charge for soft drinks.this went on ll night !
