Nice hotel, close to train station. Great for quick stay. Comfortable bed. Everything you need, nothing extra special. Solid choice.

It was not a full room. It was a space that did not meet the dimensions of the normal rooms so a substandard bed was placed in it and a bathroom was squeezed into so small a space it was difficult to get into it. However, it was clean and staff were friendly and polite. It might be ideal for a backpacker on a budget. Had I seen the room before booking, I would not have chosen it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, which was understandable. However, we were given a key to the luggage room, and it appeared that every guest had the same key. There were no security cameras, so anyone could access other guests’ belongings. I did not feel comfortable leaving our luggage there. When we entered our room, it was filthy. One garbage bin hadn’t been emptied, the toilet still contained human waste, and there were unsanitary stains on the walls. We immediately asked for the room to be cleaned, but were told there was no one available. We then requested a different room, but were told none were available. The front desk staff, especially the young woman wearing glasses, were rude and dismissive. We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but throughout our entire stay, we were never able to speak with one. To make matters worse, the TV constantly turned off and on, and when we requested towels the next day, it took about 20 minutes for them to arrive. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the customer service was poor, and our concerns were never properly addressed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

El colchón estaba en muy mal estado. La limpieza del baño no estaba bien. La televisión no funcionaba. No lo recomiendo para nada

The rooms were on the warm side and guest are unable to control thermostat. But they were quiet and clean. Close to train station which was a plus! Breakfast wasn’t very substantial so would have preferred to eat outside the hotel.

Not in a bad location. Check in felt fairly long and with a girl who didn’t know what she was doing. Room was fine - we saw someone complain every day about the pillows and they were fine. Someone tried to clean our room before we checked out and woke up us which was quite unfortunate. There was also a large amount of black mould in the bathroom.

Room very very small

Shops nearby and close to central station

They did not let me check in. Said my reservation was cancelled and when I asked about my other reservation they said it didn’t exist and so I lost $200 for no reason and no explanation. Said no rooms available and unhelpful.

Staff vwry friendly, cloae to train station and restaurants!
