Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties.

低於平均 The refrigerator did not work. There was absolutely no soap in the soap dispenser. The USB outlets did not work. There were only two plugs available for all the stuff we had to plug-in, and they were very loose in the plugs hardly stayed in. And last, but not least the phone did not work at all.

Staff was incredibly friendly, accomodating and smiles across the board from reception to housekeeping. The hotel as clean and comfortable, beds were great- best sleep I've ever had while staying at a hotel!

Bed is hard, breakfast (old bananas, burnt bacon, juice had no taste)…room was not vacuumed, parking (had to park at other hotel next door)
