Great hotel

If you do not speak the native language, make sure you have a language translator.

Overall great stay ! Pros: Great location and very helpful staff! Beautiful views from the rooftop pool area. Water pressure from the shower was great! Cons: a bit dated with the carpet, AC was a bit loud, blankets seemed old and no iron & board in the room you have to request it, no biggie but sometime an inconvenience.

Make sure you have a translator app if you don't speak the native language.

Used the gym, pool and sauna during our stay. All immaculately maintained. The staff were friendly and breakfast had lots of choice available. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach which was perfect foe watching the non-stop Rio experience! Overall would highly recommend for facilities, cleanliness and location.

We really liked the breakfast food and the lovely smells pumped through the AC throughout the public areas The rooftop pool was wonderful as was the daily maids service The lifts were very efficient with very little waiting time Lots of hotel staff on hand all the time The only criticism would be the door cards kept not working meaning we had to get them refreshed 5 or 6 times during the two weeks

Good location

Stayed on a 9th floor. 3 people, so an extra single bed added to room. Beds very comfortable. Room was large so space was ample for three. Large shower/ tub and bathroom. Shower head was amazing. Upper floor room had amazing views of Copacabana across the street. Location of hotel is amazing. Quick Ubers to all major neighborhoods. Well worth paying more for beach view. Staff were terrific from check in all the way through our stay. Farro bakery - 5 min walk was great for daily breakfast.

Best staff, SO accommodating. Definitely one of my favorite stays. Whenever we needed something they would deliver it right away, and helped us with whatever we needed. I couldn’t recommend enough. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Everyone is so example friendly as well.

Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also.
