不錯 The property is beautiful with fun shops to explore and wonderful restaurants to enjoy with both indoor and outdoor seating. My husband and I took the gondola to the top where we enjoyed the views and a hike. When it was time to check-in to the hotel the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful offering advice on breakfast options. This part of the trip was 5 starts.
Our trip dropped to 1 star at 2 am when a loud and boisterous crowd arrived in the room above ours. I made a call to the front desk and the attendant helpfully said he would call security. Unfortunately, it didn't help. The loud noises continued for a couple more hours.
The room gets 5 stars for cleanliness and the pillows were plumb and soft. The bed wasn't the hardest bed I've slept on but it wasn't the most comfortable, so it gets 3 stars.
We paid for an upgrade with a mountain view. Our room faced the mountains but we were on the 2nd floor right outside where the shuttle turns around every half hour, deliveries are made periodically, and garbage bins are wheeled out of the building occasionally. I was hoping that the cost of the upgrade would mean a more secluded experience, but it just means we could see the mountains.
I love the property and may visit again in the future but I can't imagine we'll spend the night here again when there's so many other places to choose from.

The place was everything it was advertised—the rooms are clean, the location is great, hot tubs, gym, all of it.
My complaint and low review is we were woken up to construction at 7AM. This was not disclosed in the booking. The staff could not help and did not care—hotels.com was no help either because it’s just a virtual agent that runs you in circles. Needless to say we could not hang out in the place because it was so loud. Huge disappointment it was so loud and we were not put in one of the many empty rooms away from construction.

Room, kitchen, bathroom, family room was clean. Only issue was the sink and shower faucet was very stiff and hard to adjust. Quiet and the balcony was wonderful. Convenient location.
