Very poor experience, do not stay here! We were duped by the glowing reviews - I travel frequently for work and spend 75+ nights/year in hotels, I can’t even begin to understand how anyone could give this hotel a good rating. Check in time is 4pm - nearly everywhere else in the world, it’s 3pm. Want to check in early, that’ll be $40. I’ve never been charged for an early check in if the room is ready. Our first room; dirty - the desk chair had crumbs, hair, and stains on it, my wife put a paper bag on it before sitting down. The blackout shades; torn and broken. Still, we unpacked and prepared to deal with the issues. But, when my wife went to the bathroom and found a pee stained toilet, we were done. Went to the front desk and requested a room change. Fortunately, the young woman at the front desk was very nice, understanding and helped us find another room. But, could only get us a king and a roll-in twin for our son. The next night his teammate was joining us, so we let her know we’d need a second twin. “No problem, let us know tomorrow morning.” We did, then that afternoon, when we returned, still only one twin. Called reception, “sorry, we’re all out.” Solution; change rooms again - second night, 3rd room. Last day, the elevator broke, everyone had to take the stairs. The hallway smelled like a hot diaper - all you parents know what I mean, it’s a distinctive smell! There’s more, but I’m almost out of room, so do yourself a favor and look for another hotel!

Air conditioning was going on and off told staff girl come up there but she couldn't do much. She said no maintenance is available so i told her she needs to figure something out because wasn't sleeping in a hot room to talk to her manager. Well she left never checked on us again. So we got sleep in hot room and told guy next day checking out . He act like didn't care and didn't even let me talk to manager. So will never stay there again. Didnt even care that we had no air conditioning. Think god that it wasn't 100 degrees that night or we would've bern hotter. So they don't care long as they get there money.

There no longer is a hot tub on the premises. It’s an older property but the rooms themselves have updates. The TV wouldn’t work the whole time we were there even after having maintenance called. The buffet breakfast was pretty good although no fruit and timing is important so the food you get hasn’t been sitting too long. The heated pool was great our first day but after that it looked very dirty and murky.

We liked this hotel. It is old, but it has been well-maintained. The only issue is that we were given a room on the second floor in an out-building that did not have an elevator. Also, the swimming pool was in the atrium which made for a very noisy lobby and dining experience. It seems to be very popular with young families and church/school groups, so if you do not enjoy loud kids, you might want to reconsider this hotel.

Room was a standard hotel room with bed, shower, micro/fridge. Free breakfast had American hot items like eggs, meat, french toast, oatmeal and bagels/cereal/toast. Pretty good! Staff were all helpful and friendly. Lots of signs everywhere for when you couldn’t find somebody.

Great location. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of parking, and a nice lounge with a good happy hour.

In all fairness, there were quite a bit of guests. There was a long wait for check in. There were 3 receptionists checking people in and in the middle of checking people in one left, which then put pressure on the other two. They did their best but we had to wait quite a bit. Our rooms never got serviced the 4 days we were there. We had to go down to the desk to get towels, coffee, soap etc. We had to request they empty the trash. There were bandaids and straws in the swimming pool. Elevator was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The breakfast was good. The receptionist at check out was very kind and quick. I believe her name was Keyla. We have stayed there before and never had the issues with service. So it was disappointing this time around. The hotel is older and could use some TLC but service should never be sacrificed.
