不錯 The hotel itself was fine. Good water pressure. Bed was comfortable.A/C kicked in very fast. Gave a lower overall rating because at check-in they had us sign and gave us keys but didn’t explain anything. Didn’t reconfirm number of nights. Didn’t tell us about coffee bar or that shuttle will drive and pick up from NJ Penn train station. Shuttle service and drivers were great. FYI shuttle service goes down to every hour after 11pm. Overall would still stay here again.

低於平均 I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk past 10:30pm on several occasions which adds to a concern of security. Frequently there isn’t an iron in the room and replacement typically takes very long or doesn’t occur at all.

Always great staffing there, and a clean room.

低於平均 I’ve stayed at motels that were better kept than this place. I was supposed to stay two nights but instead bought a room elsewhere because I couldn’t stay there for another night. My bedding had stains on them, the tub still looked dirty, the entire room furniture & wall was beaten up.

低於平均 The hotel shuttle to the airport is hard to find. And the front desk does not answer to the call unless you call them 5 times. I would recommend avoiding this hotel and book the other ones instead. They have much better service and staff and the price difference will save you from all the troubles.

低於平均 Easily my worst hotel experience. I am a patient, understand dude but this place tested me. It took 4 keys to get into my room. Keys 1 and 2 did not work, key 3 was a dirty room, and key 4 was a room with 2 twins instead of a queen so I gave up there. In the middle of the night I could hear people talking and the doors slamming shut for hours. Also I was charged $50 for parking when I left even though I already paid for it when I checked in. This place needs some work. I will be contacting again to get my money back.
