Really clean & helpful staff

Overall (and as usual) the Hyatt Regency staff and property didn't let me and my family down. The front and back of the house staff (specifically room service) were friendly and super helpful.

Take a 100aud deposit and takes ages to get it back is the only negative

Very disappointing stay and certainly not worth the money paid. We were allocated Room 505, which overlooked the canopy roof and was subjected to loud music from the moment we checked in. The level of noise was unacceptable for a hotel room and significantly impacted our comfort and ability to relax. The most concerning issue occurred during the night when we were abruptly woken by a voice announcement in our room instructing guests to evacuate due to a fire alarm. There were no audible alarm bells, which only added to the confusion. Before we had even managed to fully comprehend the situation, a second announcement informed us that it was a false alarm. Being disturbed in this manner in the middle of the night completely disrupted what little rest we were able to get. For a stay costing over £100 for a single night, I expected a far higher standard of comfort and guest experience. Between the excessive noise and the overnight disturbance, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Excellent hotel - staff very helpful - staying again

Very comfortable and convenient location.

Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours.

The hptel was clean , close to everything i needed to get to and the best hospitality ive so far experienced and ive stayed on a lot of hotels around in brisbane will go back definately also check out is 11am most hotels chevk out is 10am

We had a couple of little issues, but the staff were very helpful and provided solutions that were more than acceptable and made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
