Air conditioning didn't work in our room which was baking hot which made it very difficult to sleep. Raised multiple times with the hotel who kept saying they had fixed it but hadn't. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom, with one miniature shampoo between 2 people. No shower gel. Lifts are tiny and unreliable. View from breakfast is fantastic and that's the only reason you stay here. Neighbourhood is quite dilapidated.

Front desk were nice and polite. Excellent breakfast and views. Fairly close to everything.

The staff is professional, very polite, efficient. The rooms are clean. The view from the rooms and socially from the restaurant on the roof are spectacular. WiFi works well. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is located superbly.

Una estadía perfecta, muy bien ubicado entre el lado moderno y viejo acceso al puente2min caminando y 10min caminando de la torre galata. La atención inmejorable! Muy amables, volveria al mismo hotel
