Such a shame that the staff/management is so terrible at such a beautiful place. My family and I had the worst experience. We encountered an unsafe situation at the beach part with a hotel security that was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When we sought help at the lobby, no one was available. They told us to return the next morning without care of what we had experienced. The next day, the management listened and basically said that the higher ups limit what they can do to try and make things right. We had to deal with this staff member daily as he held various posts at different parts of the hotel throughout our stay. We have never experienced this type of dismissive behavior from a hotel. Typically when things occur that should not occur, most hotels will try their best to make the guest feel heard, safe, and satisfied. Not this place! Stay here if you want to feel unsafe and knowing that the staff will be dismissive to concerns from guests.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Food was good. Uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable metal chairs on balcony, loungers would be better. Pool bar closes at 6pm, pool closes at 8pm - silly for an adults only resort. Entertainment - boring. All inclusive does not include refilling alcohol in room. Noise at night with other resort, noise during day from school next door. Poor beach, about 20 feet of water from sand to ropes then alot of boat traffic beyond. Would not recommend to friends or family and would not return without mentioned improvements.

The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the DJ at the pool twice in our week playing female degrading vile rap music while young drunk girls were rockin' it making a scene in the pool. Thought we were in Cancun! Won't prevent us from coming back but if we see that crap, we head back to the beach or elsewhere.

Property is beautiful and the location is great. However, service at the restaurants and the beach bar was greatly lacking. Everyone was nice, but there was no rush to help you or check on you if you were at the beach, even when the beach restaurant wasn’t busy. It started to feel like the guest was an inconvenience at some points during the stay. The room was fine enough, our bathroom light was burnt out and our toilet ran incessantly the last night. Would we stay here again? Maybe. Will be looking into other places next time? Definitely. The best part of the whole stay is the location of hotel. The food is GREATLY lacking and the drinks are average, at best.

Dani served us at the beach multiple days and he was great! Eduardo served us at the pool/bar and he was great as well. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The only issue we had was not enough clean towels when we asked for new ones. We will be back!

The AC situation was horrible. It was so hot at night had do go to the grocery store and buy a fan. Other than that it was pretty good. The food wasn’t great, most of it was very bland. The drinks however were excellent and the staff was as helpful as one would expect. The room was very clean no complaints except the AC. I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels on Isla Mujeres and this the first one that was really hot at night. I would stay again but not for an extended amount of time “over 5 days”. I’d go back for a weekend trip for sure. The beach and pool were my favorite. The location is perfect I could walk to 90% of the places I’d want to go. Man I hope the AC was just a fluke for my specific room because it was the only big gripe I have. Price is pretty good too idkkkk I’d probably go back. Maybe. Also in the living room was a beautiful ocean view and in the bedroom I had a beautiful view of the cemetery next door lol.
