This place was awesome! The kids loved that they had the pool toys for them to use, the whole family loved the kitchenette! It was great to make a meal that wasn’t fast food. The room was the clean, the staff super sweet and helpful and it was an incredible stay! I will be recommending this chain and this property in particular to anyone traveling through Council Bluffs! They are family and pet friendly! It was not expensive but I could have easily paid more for how fantastic it was! I don’t always get time to stop and write reviews, but this place needed it hands down!

Stacie, at the front desk, was amazing. She let us use their wash sinks in back to clean the baseball uniforms. She did everything she could to help us.

Everything was excellent, the hotel front desk clerk was very helpful.
I checked in online and paid for my room and the fees, I just think that this hotel needs to have it written or explained somewhere in their add that they require a $100 dollar deposit for local's to rent a room from your establishment.
Other than that little detail it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you for having me!
