Nossa experiência no The Duke Boutique Hotel foi simplesmente impecável. A localização é excelente. O hotel fica integrado ao The Duke Shopping Mall, o que significa ter supermercado, lojas, farmácia e diversos serviços a menos de um minuto de elevador. É extremamente prático. Os quartos são amplos, muito confortáveis, impecavelmente limpos e decorados com bom gosto. O cuidado com os detalhes impressiona: amenities muito boas, roupões, pantufas, secador elétrico de toalhas e até guarda-chuva à disposição dos hóspedes. O café da manhã merece um destaque especial. Tudo era fresco e delicioso. Sou celíaca e, durante toda a viagem por Malta, foi aqui que encontrei as melhores opções sem glúten. A atenção dedicada às minhas restrições alimentares foi excepcional. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi um dos grandes diferenciais. Desde o check-in fomos recebidos com simpatia e profissionalismo. Além de todas as orientações sobre o hotel, recebemos excelentes dicas sobre os principais pontos turísticos e restaurantes da ilha, que fizeram diferença na nossa viagem. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. É raro encontrar um hotel em que localização, conforto, limpeza, gastronomia e atendimento alcancem um nível tão alto ao mesmo tempo. Se fosse possível dar nota 11 de 10, eu daria sem hesitar.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance. Our room was spacious and came with a Jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony which was an enjoyable distraction. The hotel is just a short stroll from San Gorg and Independence squares and the Cittadella. The bus terminal is just to the rear of the hotel for getting to other parts of the island. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs to order and more than catered for our needs. I would definitely stay here if we visited Gozo again.

Breakfast was terrible and extremely expensive for what you get. Highly recommend you don't pay for the "free" breakfast. We were extremely disappointed. There is a Cafe right downstairs.

Fantastic hotel

What a great place! Cemtral location gives great access to everything. Staff were always amazing. The entire place was spotless too!

Personnel très attentionné, service impeccable. Très bel hôtel, bien situé à quelques minutes de la citadelle, épicerie ausous sol, restaurants à proximité. Un vrai coup de coeur

We loved this hotel! A gem tucked away inside a shopping mall. The staff were very helpful to describe all the amenities as well as tips about the surrounding area. The room had plenty of space, and was inviting and comfortable from the moment we stepped through the door. Just be careful, the gorgeous marble bathroom floor is slippery when you step out of the shower. We were sorry we only stayed one night. It’s a perfect location to see Victoria as well as the rest of the island.
