Amazing hotel! Will definitely be back. Only one minor inconvenience, music noise in our room until very late. Most likely the night club. We eventually fell sleep :)

5star service and stay room was impeccable

I’ve been fortunate to stay at several high end hotels over the year but Encore Boston just really nailed it. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel special. It was a perfect stay and I would be grateful to visit again. Five stars! Easy!

My entire experience was spectacular. The check in staff, particularly Karla, were so helpful and efficient. Quite literally every interaction with every staff member was beyond pleasant. Their guest service is unmatched. The property itself is stunning! Every single inch is beautiful. My room completely blew me away — far exceeded any expectations. The food and service and Giardino were also amazing! The boat shuttle was a blast too, and it made getting to the city sites so much easier, comfortable, and quick! Would definitely come back & stay again.

Got upgraded to king suite, just phenomenal Gym is fantastic as well

EVERYTHING was wonderful; very impressive! The only issue, for me, was trying to use the Ipad to operate the room, etc...but Alexa saved the day. Was nice to be cozy in bed and just tell her to shut the lights off or open curtains in the morning. Definitely planning my next stay there. It was like staying in a botanical garden.

It was an incredible place to stay, can’t wait to go back!
