Arrived to early for check in, was told to come back between 1 and 2oclock. We arrived back at reception after 3pm our room was not ready,offered complimentary drink in bar while we waited. It was 4.30pm before we got keys because the cleaning staff were still in rooms. When we did get into room felt the cleaning had been rushed, strange smell in room and bathroom tiles not cleaned properly, very dissappointed we have stayed here before and been more than happy. We were again given vouchers for delay getting into our room. When we tried to use them at the bar for pink gin we were told it wasnt allowed, also were given coffee voucher which we used the food one we did not. Breakfast did not fare much better, food running out, no bread for toast and nobody to help. Unfortunatley this experience has made it very unlikely for me to stay with you again.

極佳 Clean, beautiful view of the city, walking distance to key parts of the city. Only hotel out of 6 we stayed in that had ice machines. Accommodations were excellent at a very reasonable price. We loved our stay in Aberdeen.

不錯 Nice check in. Good location by the station and in the shopping centre. The room was big but facilities a bit basic - ironing board was small and cheap cover came off on first use - with a small bathroom. Feel it was overpriced.

很好 Room was tired and needed refurbishing
Especially the bathroom, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the next room.
Breakfast was excellent nice choice and a clean restaurant, staff were very helpful and friendly. Location perfect to visit Aberdeen.

極佳 The hotel was near the train station and within the mall! Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping and the bus station!
The room was clean, spacious and well maintained! The staff were friendly and helpful! A nice place to stay!
