極佳 I was surprised by the hotel, we loved our stay

低於平均 Check-in was quick and easy. Found the room to be clean and satisfactory. Around edge of the bed they were large hairs on the floor that tells me that not much put into cleaning the carpet. When we return to the hotel late in the evening, the air conditioner was not working. And repeated attempts to contact the front desk from the room phone remained unanswered. Attempts to contact the hotel from our cell phones also remain unanswered. It was so late we endured it. But it was a miserable night sleep. In the morning finally got front desk first they told me they couldn’t really be reached by the hotel phone. The best they could do was comp my parking. The bar was nice and the live music was wonderful.

很好 Historical hotel convenient to local attractions and shopping. Lots of Alamo history and art to prepare you for a visit there. My room was small but comfortable.

極佳 The staff was wonderful; including the Tavern employees/bartenders. Very inviting, comfortable and safe. Eduardo, Angelica and Melissa were outstanding in their welcoming presence and hospitality.

很好 Didn’t have a working TV for the first 24hrs. Bed was hard, but nice pillows. The price of the mandatory valet parking is ridiculous. Rooms are very small. But location is perfect.
