I enjoyed my stay here and the room was clean and quiet. There was a small issue with the first room and the staff were very accommodating and moved me the next day. The breakfast was fine but it’s a busy hotel with tour groups and schools so expect a lot of people. The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the train station.

Staff was great, the room was clean but outdated. The hotel felt "tired" as if it used to be great but corners were cut to save money. For a hotel in such a beautiful location, it felt unremarkable. Nothing wrong but so much lost potential.

Staff are amazing here! They are a credit to the hotel.

Very clean, quiet, great location near train

Hôtel was great for a short stay. Only issue is the parking is expensive and no air conditioning. It was over 20 degrees at midnight when we arrived and could only open windows for air and to cool down. Bathroom automatically heats mirrors etc. very hot.

Excellent stay, great room and friendly hotel staff

I stayed there in April 2024 and the property seemed considerably better. Room was not cleaned before we arrived and had to request for it to be done. Phone had no cord, internet was not working at times, lamps had no bulbs. This place needs to pay more attention to details.

Be aware, No AC

Very nice hotel and staff. Should have air conditioning, though.

Staff very nice. Rooms big, comfy bed. Food was great and love the breakfast. One negative is the rooms too hot. Yes it was 30C but there isn’t any aircon and the fan is useless really.
