The property on the whole is fine, but the rooms and toilet, I thought, were really run down and "super super dirty"; the staff was good but really slow; the food was the only saving grace, but I guess we were there during the peak summer heat, which also led to me giving the hotel a lower rating.

Very stinky with no proper cart service & very very expensive without any quality.
Mosquitos & flys in the room.
Very boring stay being a resort.
All activities are just for name.

The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or take my child to the Brick room( main buffet restaurant) which is highly unacceptable.They definitely need to rectify this.
