Very warm welcome and helpful advice. Easy to use metro to travel into centre of city. Comfy rooms. Very pleasant breakfast experience. Would definitely stay at Hotel Pergola again.

For the 1st night we got a room which was not OK, changed next day and this was a very much acceptable room.
Friendly and nice people at the front desk.
Good connection to Metro, a few minutes walking distance.
We enjoyed the stay, would book it again.

This is a trash hotel. They don't light their hallways, so you've got strangers wandering in the dark. The rooms were dirty and it's overpriced.
