Room was filthy. Staff advised they are under renovation, they should closed and open after the renovation. Also no hot water and I was advised that the maintenance is only until 7 pm. I demanded to be transferred to another room, they send a maintenance personnel and reset the water heater. Staff are accommodating specially the security personnel.

ROOM SERVICE STAFFS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY... BUT FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS THERE WAS NO BEER WHEN EVERY TIME I CALL FOR A BEER.I HAVE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS AND DRINK IN THE RESTAURANT BUT NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE IT TO THE ROOM.. ..
ROOM WINDOWS ARE REALLY DIRTY THAT YOU CANNOT SEE OUT SIDE VIEW..
BUT ALL THE STAFFS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY..
