The property is located in the center of Guadalajara. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working great in the room and the cleaning staff didn’t do the best such as replacing towels and cleaning the sink area during our stay. It is a quality property but I was just expecting more.

Great place for talking pictures. No mosquitoes at all. Everyone was so helpful and too professional. Thank you RIU Guadalajara team for making me had such a great time.

Good hotel. Not what I would consider "5-star", but a good place to stay.
Crown level room was very large and very big, but very dated. In need of a renovation after 15 years. Not tired, just dated. Bed was not particularly comfortable and shower was nearly impossible to get more than 30 sec of tolerable temp water. Housekeeping was outstanding.
Pool is unusable on Saturdays. 115db awful music, unlike any pool I've ever seen anywhere in the world. Hard pass.
Exec lounge is nice. Quiet, never crowded, decent snacks and free beer.
Front desk staff is efficient and professional, not outgoing super-friendly. Rooftop bar was similar - efficient, professional, but sort of cold. Roof bar is pretty amazing, though. View is the best in the city.
Location is good, not a ton to do walking distance from the hotel.
Overall, I'd stay again if I was there on business again. Not enough amenities for a real vacation, though.

The Breakfast was a little high priced. Also not many options for a person who follows a vegan or plant based diet.
