Not what we expected from what we saw online. The room was ok but didn’t have iron/board and had a weak AC. The shower also made weird noises from the drain. Nice job decorating the hotel but will stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent, very respectful and attentive service. Rooms beautifully appointed and spacious. Restaurant very good for both breakfast and dinner. This is a very welcoming, luxurious and well run hotel We used the hotel's travel service for 2 days at a very reasonable price. On the first day, we were driven around to visit the royal tombs, the pagoda and the covered bridge. Our English speaking guide was great, suggesting lots of stops once he realised we are keen photographers. On the second day we had the same driver Mr Huynh, this time for a transfer to Hoi An, and he drove well, again making several stops along the way.

Good hotel around 15min walk to night market/drinking street. Road closes in the evening so good. Everything we needed for a short stay but I stayed on the 11th floor which can be noisy in the morning as restaurant is above. The view of HUE and room balances it out. Recommended for a short stay away from the night market.

Everything was exceptional. The room the breakfast and the restaurant at night. The staff at reception could not do enough for you. It was in a good place to visit the sights as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone x

I'm not sure how this place has such rave reviews, it is pretty average Don't come here if you want to use the facilities - we tried to use the gym but it was hotter than a sauna in there every time. You have to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on (the remote is kept in the office next door), but it is already so hot in there that the air con does nothing. Even after 20 minutes, my treadmill said it was still 37 degrees in there! I had to stop as it was just too hot. Not sure why they can't just keep it a cool temperature so it's actually usable. As for the pool, it is much smaller than photos, there's nowhere to sit next to it and it's next to a huge kids play area - not exactly relaxing We were also disappointed in the food - the breakfast choice is enormous, but not particularly nice, the bread was stale and fruit wasn't fresh (we wondered if it was leftover from the before, since there's so much food it can't all be eaten). Staff are friendly enough, and rooms are a good size but it is 3 star at best.

The staff was so accommodating, warm and welcoming. They helped us feel right at home.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and happy to assist whenever possible! Giang and Tuyen at the front desk were so sweet an attentive, and everyone made sure we had a comfortable stay!

Really nice hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and there was a lot of space. Wifi a bit slow but was workable. Really amazing buffet breakfast on the 12th floor with great views of the city. The only drawback was the noise. I’m not sure if it is always the case but every day I was there..from about 5-9 in the evening there was literally the worst karaoke happening. It sounded like it was just on the other side of the wall to my room and let me tell you it was loud. I was generally out doing stuff all day so this was perfectly timed for when I got back and just wanted a bit of time to chill before going out again in the evening. I’m not sure if the whole building could hear it but definitely the 4th floor can. And again, not sure if this is an every day thing or just because I happened to be there around the holiday. Otherwise really good stay
