I checked out early because I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at this hotel. During my stay, I was repeatedly questioned when walking through the lobby and asked for my name and room number nearly every time. After it happened multiple times, it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable as a guest. I understand hotels need to verify guests for security, but the repeated questioning felt excessive and made my stay unpleasant. I ultimately left early and booked another hotel because I no longer felt comfortable staying there.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very kind.

I travelled alone and the room was big enough. Great space indeed . Very affordable. The tram is just across hotel and 20 away from Duomo .

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms

Hotel is old and very far away from everything. (A 40min bus ride or 20 min cab from the station). Ac was not working when we arrived and we were told to open the windows. Breakfast is very basic. It’s not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star.

Good location. Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff. The shower box doesn’t really protect water, so be extra careful when taking a shower.
