The property is perfectly located on the edge of old town. It's clean and the rooms are done well. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Very nice hotel with good location and staff. Only thing that could be better was parking, we had to walk 10 minutes

A one night stay en-route from Heraklion airport with late check in at 1.00 am - greeted by a very friendly reception and shown to a clean spacious room. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Very reasonable parking at the public parking at the marina just opposite. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, BEST location in all of Rethymnon between the beach and old town.

After a bumpy start the staff made every effort to make us comfortable

The room was terrible although it was a purchased upgrade. The extra bed for the third person was on a mezzanine where you had to climb a ladder and not stairs. The small mezzanine was boiling hot as the A/C did not cool it. The hall ways had no air conditioning. They would open the windows to get air in when it was 33 degrees celcius outside. The elevator for one person with 1 suitcase not more. Terrible experience. This was a 3 star at best. Shameful that it’s somehow rated a 5 star. Terrible

Great place to stay in, central and in walking distance to the center of town

Good location. No bathtub though. Super breakfasts with the best fresh OJ. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
