The water from the shower leaked into rest of the bathroom and even into the bedroom area. On my final night there seemed to be water leak from another room.
Staff was polite and helpful. Spa area was not very different from the roadside spas/message parlors. The massage itself was very good.
This should be classified as a 3-star, not a 4-star hotel.
