Modern finish. Nice Coco Beach Bar. Great customer service -especially Martha, the bartender. Nice sea view. Enjoyed the ambience!

This is a beautiful sprawling property right along the beach. My room was clean and comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful when needed. The dinner and breakfast buffets are excellent and sumptuous with a wide variety of choices (minus the monkey stealing the apple from my breakfast plate). This is a place worth staying in and coming back to.

First and foremost I would like to thank Lucy and her team for an excellent stay! We faced some challenges, however Lucy went out of her way to ensure all was up to par and truly made it seamless! The resort was absolutely stunning! The staff made it feel like home and Lucu was the cherry on top! Due to her, our trip was incredible and I cannot thank her and the team enough! Highly recommend the place!

Everything is great but don't rely on the hotel for an airport pickup or for the front desk to answer their phone

All services were excellent except that I got checked into a garden facing room with a pungent damp smell but the staff relocated me to a fresh clean room upon complaining. So I’d say it was good overall

Great location, pictures don’t show the beauty of the hotel, very kind and professional staff, very good for family vacation play ground, few pools, access to the beach but not entertainment at the beach.

Just perfect as always is.
