Since I discovered The Mint, I have consistently stayed there for the past 7 years. It is exceptional in every way starting from the staff to the cleanliness, location, rooftop bar, lobby. I feel home . I will continue to stay there every time in Madrid.

Amazing hotel, location, staff was extremely committed to help you, whether directions to an attraction, breakfast or just anything. Beautiful room and comfortable clesn bedding.

Great location, At night there was a little noise but did not really bother us we had ear plugs. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Our flight was cancelled at the last minutes and we stayed here, beautiful hotel. Nice location not too far from the sites and airport. The roof top was nice. The staff went above and beyond we got there dinner time and he called a few restaurant to get us reservations.

Hotel Vincci The Mint was absolutely exceptional. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. My room was beautiful and the rooftop added such a special touch to the overall experience. What truly stood out to me was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, especially when I decided to extend my stay. They made the entire experience feel effortless and genuinely cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

We booked this room last minute for a one night stay in Madrid and wish we had stayed there longer. It is located right on Grand Via but the room and hotel were surprisingly quiet. Tons of space in the room, beautiful styling, and incredibly clean. The breakfast was delicious. We had a night cap at the rooftop bar which was a bit overpriced compared to typical prices for wine and beer in Madrid, but it was a nice spot.

Fantastic location super cute boutique hotel. Super comfortable bed, lovely balcony and staff were the friendliest! They even have room service and a jar of Haribot in the lobby! Best value for the money in Madrid. Would definitely stay again!
