I stayed at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Hilton. The check-in process was smooth and professional. I requested both a room change and an upgrade, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I also asked for a specific room view, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. What truly stood out to me, however, was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. A special thank you to Mohammad Dimey and Yasir the bus driver,the team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. I would also like to give special recognition to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made every day enjoyable and helped create a great atmosphere around the hotel. A special thank you to Diego and Fox, who were always friendly, engaging, and full of positive energy. I would also like to thank the two wonderful ladies on the entertainment team for their kindness, hard work, and for making guests feel welcome and included in the activities. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh for making my stay such a memorable experience. I truly felt at home and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

Amazing staff, amazing holiday. Can honestly say that was the best holiday my children have ever been on. Staff were super friendly , Ahmed the concierge supervisor was awesome , Abdul kept our room at royal standards throughout , too many lovely staff to mention them all. Cant wait to come back and the primcesses loved every second. Thankyou all for making pit such a womderful holiday, couldnt have done it without you all. 💫💫💫💫💫 Its a 5 star yes from us !! With an automatic pass to the holiday guru finals. 👏👏👏👏👏

Meals were amazing. The pool is beautiful. The staff were very friendly

Room was dirty, worn down, and full of mosquitoes. Resort itself was subpar, not really the greatest. The area it’s in, is nice. Walkable distance to soho market.

Staff was helpful all the time but room condition is completely not according Hilton standard. Cleanliness was big zerooo. Very disappointed with this hospitality.

Amazing staff, beautiful property, amazing price

My stay was amazing. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and always smiling, especially Mohammed in the Beach side of the hotel. If I’m able to return to this city. I will definitely stay here.
