Located just off the riverside with MANY shops, restaurants and cafe, this hotel was a breath of fresh air coming from Rome. Clean and well maintained it was a pleasure staying here. There are other tenants in the building and there was some minor construction going on but that did not bother us at all. Rooms were well maintained and the staff was warm and inviting. Will stay there again next time we are in Florence!

The space was clean and basic. There weren't many amenities but if you're looking for a quick place to stay, this is it. There is no front desk but there is a person checking you in with limited work hours. You're left on your own. There was lockers for luggage which was a bonus. Overall great place to stay.

Hotel is near the city center, in a traditional stone building. On the other hand, the actual hotel rooms are nicely renovated inside. Front desk staff is friendly.

Great stay! Easy, friendly check in with locker storage after check out. The rooms were comfortable and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Had the standard ByPillow brand as far as a great little sitting/amenity room with free water, coffee and luggage storage. Front desk hours are limited but access to building after hours was not a problem. No food available in the building but great places to eat early to late right across the street. Drawbacks were a very dreary entry that was not inviting at all and the ByPillow brand room scent was overdone and overwhelming. Suggest unplug the room freshener asap once you check in or if you have any sensitivity to perfume don’t pick this as your place to stay. Overall like the brand and would recommend.

What I appreciated most was how clean the hotel and our room were. The location was very walkable and convenient but quiet, despite some construction noise in the morning. Also, the staff were very kind and welcoming.
