There was a shortage of towels, then some of the amenities were unavailable like the pool. The rooms were clean, but the shower could use a new curtain and update.

Will definitely come back to this place. Staff are very professional, pleasant and will do whatever they can to accommodate your requests. Property is a bit old but it is clean. short walks to go to restaurants, bank, shopping mall.

Great staff and hotel. All of the amenities in our rooms worked well and the hotel is very near multiple malls and stores. Very safe area and a 20 min ride to airport wifi a Grab ride.

The staff was so wonderful from the moment I was greeted at the entrance, to the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and to the Food & Beverage staff. The breakfast that I had was excellent. So delicious. I missed the breakfast buffet and intend to go back.

I chose to dine outside hotel meal were very expensive.

The night we checked in. There was an error at the front desk, and we were checked into a 2 BR. I have to show my confirmation to prove that I only booked one room. It was properly handled. Upon entering the room. It wasn't the way it was featured on the site. Left for a late dinner. When we came back. Used the restroom, and cockroaches were crawling by the sink. No hair dryer, wifi wasnt working. The following night, there were cockroaches crawling on the floor again. The ref was turned on, but not that functional. Just tried to bear with it since we are there for a few days and we only needed a place to sleep.

The hotel was very nice and reasonably priced.
