Room was clean, stay was great and the pool area. Was very nice.

Everything I experienced while staying at the Sheraton was wonderful. The service and hospitality were top-notch. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms, and this would make life more great than it already is.

The staff was amazing, very helpful ans courteous. Housekeeping crewards was made sure the room was cleaned everyday and they were very courteous as well. Everyone spoke and the security guards made sure no one bothered you and they always greeted you.

Excellent room ,breakfast and dinner

Pros: Nice and friendly staff and nice sea view Cons: Outdated hotel that is below Sheraton standards. Laundry is extremely expensive, a bit secluded that is not easily walkable and you have to take a taxi to anywhere.

Excellent food including breakfast, Excellent Staff and Excellent view. Great room discounts with membership.

There is a smell coming from the rag on the corridor

Nice view and the room is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice. The only draw is the laundry service, which is very expensive.

The facilities were decent, and service was pretty good. It's really just unclean, the pool was disgusting, and the room were not properly cleaned and the towels were not washed and smelt like old socks, got bug bites of unclear source in the room

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. I keep the same impression as the first time. The staff is extremely nice and polite and eager to please you. The rooms are spacious, the food at the restaurant is good, and the pool is great. I have special thanks to give to Mr Mohamed Said, Mr Khadar, Mr Hassan and Miss Kadidja at the reception. At the restaurant, everybody is nice and helpful but I give very very special thanks to Djama, the best waiter I've ever had. I have to add I got a very bad experience with the receptionist Hasna whom I thought was not behaving professionally.
